Short film that I originally did for The Atlantic. Also showed at a few festivals in the US. In 2017, I was approached by the nice folks at Aeon Magazine who wanted to run it again. So I took the chance to clean it up a little and fix some things that were bothering me.

You can watch it over on Amazon as well.

Synopsis

Nixon's bizarre visit to the Lincoln Memorial to speak with protestors in May of 1970 was captured on camera by antiwar activist Bob Moustakas - who also happened to be on LSD at the time.
